What you’re buying

A booking at Bykerstops is accommodation: a dorm bed or a private room for the nights you choose, with parking in our yard. There are no physical products, so there is no shipping, no shipping charge and no delivery address.

How your booking is delivered

• Straight away: as soon as your payment goes through (or you confirm a pay-on-arrival booking), your booking is confirmed on screen and we email the confirmation to the address you gave, with your booking reference and arrival details.
• On your check-in date: the stay itself is provided at the hostel. Check-in is from 12:00; check-out is by 10:00.
• GST invoice: available from your booking page as soon as the booking is paid.

If the confirmation doesn’t arrive

Check your spam folder first. If it still isn’t there within an hour, message Sudha on +91 00000 00000 or email hello@example.com and we’ll resend it. Your booking is safe either way.
